Strategic Customer Account Specialist Location: Skaneateles, NY (100% Onsite) Salary: $61,000-$78,000 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 45 hours/week (flexible start and end times) A leading global manufacturer in precision injection molding and automated assembly is seeking a Strategic Customer Account Specialist to join their growing team. This is a high-impact role focused on managing key customer relationships from program launch through production and delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts * Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, Scheduling) * Manage orders, production timelines, and customer requirements * Support new product transitions, qualification processes, and audits * Provide monthly sales forecasts and ensure adherence to internal standards Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in account management or strategic customer service * Manufacturing, medical device, or technical industry experience preferred * Proficient with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, IQMS) and Microsoft Excel * Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Bachelor's degree and ISO/GMP experience preferred This is a 100% onsite role with no remote option.
