Account Executive Position: Account Executive Location : St. Louis Salary : $70,000-$110,000 + Bonus/Commission * Position Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team specializing in commercial flooring solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients in a variety of industries for their current and future flooring needs. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial flooring products and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within a defined territory. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the commercial flooring segment. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including contractors, architects, and property managers. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the commercial flooring industry. * Provide expert advice to clients on flooring products and solutions that meet their needs and budget. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to maximize revenue. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of flooring products. * Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our commercial flooring solutions. Qualifications * Proven experience in territory sales, preferably in the construction or commercial flooring industry. * Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products and installation processes. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
