The OPPORTUNITY We are currently seeking a Trainer Coach that will be driving values, delivering results and supporting and coaching our sales teams. Duties and Responsibilities: * Oversee NMLS training for our Junior Loan Officer program. * Oversee and monitor weekly support requests including systems, process, and other sales questions * Execute performance-based measurements and processes * Collaborate with VP of Training to provide daily and weekly coaching to our sales team * Ensure quality standards are met What You will Get * Great earning potential with base and bonus structure * A continuous stream of highly engaged and motivated Junior Loan Officers working to become licensed Loan Officers. * Industry leading technology to maximize productivity * Best in class operations support so you can focus on new business and develop our sales team The REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of 2+ years of residential mortgage lending experience; preferably within experience with purchase mortgages * 1+ year of previous mortgage sales management and or training experience * Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment * Experience in the digital mortgage landscape with a proven track record of training or managing a consumer direct team * Expert knowledge in all areas of loan policies/regulations, procedures, and mortgage compliance * Demonstrate product knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional and other loan programs such as down payment assistance and bond programs. * Subject to SAFE Act Registration Requirements The QUESTION The question is, are YOU the PRO we're looking for?
