Details about the new opening and Industry Leading Pay & Benefits * In-Office 8a-4p, Mon-Fri. * Pay: $20-$25/hr depending on experience. * PTO: 2 weeks personal, NYS accrued sick time AND closed week of Christmas-New Years! * Health/Vision/Dental insurance paid in full! MUST HAVES: * A strong want to provide a great customer service experience. * Attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. * Sense of urgency. * Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. * Strong organizational skills. RESPONSIBILITIES OF ACCOUNT SPECIALIST: * Create proposals and quotes. * Organize pricing in worksheets. * Send requests for pricing to vendors. * Ensure the team is meeting deadlines. * Keep customers updated on status of proposals and quotes. * Direct inbound and outbound traffic. * Communication with vendors and clients both by email and phone.
