Interior Plantscapes in Laurel Maryland is looking for Business Development - SALES PERSON who find a way to win. Interior Plantscapes is expanding through our growing reputation for quality, and customer satisfaction. We are an upscale service provider of interior plants and holiday decor in Maryland. We're growing, increasing the expectations of our existing team, and looking for other like-minded team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced, vibrant culture. You'll be positioned to manage your own schedule, design cutting-edge environments, and call on Fortune 500 companies who love what we do and need YOU to improve their working environments. We want the best. Income ratio is 40% salary, 60% commission. $100k+ annual compensation is reachable...it's up to you! This position requires a 2 year track record of success in self-generated leads, prospecting and developing customer relationships with measured weekly results. Candidates with 5+ years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record will be highly considered. Keep in mind we look for innovation in everything we do.
