Responsibilities * Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting patients in selecting eyewear. * Manage inventory by stocking shelves and organizing displays effectively. * Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling procedures. * Communicate product features and benefits to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. * Upsell additional products such as lens enhancements or accessories when appropriate. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience. * Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about services and scheduling appointments. * Maintaining efficient patient flow * Third-party Insurance pre-certifications and verifications Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. * Ability to upsell products while maintaining a focus on customer needs. * Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn about eye care products.
