Full description of the position

Award-winning homebuilder seeking Sales Representative to support our New Home Consultant. This role is the first point of contact with our homeowner. Will set appointments for the homeowner to meet with the Senior Sales Agent to walk through the design process of their dream home. Responsibilities: * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring exceptional customer service. * Conduct outside sales activities, including outbound calling and product demonstrations to drive sales growth. * Manage client accounts, fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for business development. * Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM for reporting and tracking sales activities, ensuring accurate data management. * Collaborate with sales teams to align sales strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
