Key Responsibilities: * Identify prospective customers that lead to additional sales * Schedule and perform product education and training with new and existing customers * Develop and maintain relationships with customers * Attend industry trade shows * Follow industry trends to identify sales opportunities and markets * Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic * Maintain cleanliness and organization * Adhere to all safety standards * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * 3-5 years of outside sales experience. Agriculture background preferred but not required * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Extensive travel will be required in a large territory, including overnights * Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska and Wisconsin Compensation: The base salary for this position will be $50,000 annually with the ability to earn additional compensation through an UNLIMITED growth based commission program.
