Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our Moderno Nashville team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in remodel, Kitchen and Bath, or Countertop Sales. passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and an unwavering perseverance (GRIT) in a competitive market. The position has multiple pay options: 100% Commission, with a lucrative payout based on net profits of each sale. Responsibilities: - Visit client's homes/businesses and conduct sales presentations to potential clients - Provide estimates for client's porcelain projects - WIN the job with the client and sign all required contracts and forms - Maintain an updated CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) - Communicate the clients VISION with operations (Using required forms) - Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale. - Visit assigned big box stores and conduct business development training classes (Cabinets to go, Floor and Decor, Lowes, & Home Depot) - Drive business development efforts to expand the customer base Skills: - Friendly and approachable when working with clients - Ability to close opportunities (Must be comfortable asking for the order) - High level customer service mindset (Solutions provider) - Well written, understand how to draft professional emails internally and externally - Ability to network and build relationships within the design community - Ability to speak in front of others, especially in team meetings - Ability to use technology to research and identify new opportunities - Microsoft Office 365 (Required) - Microsoft CRM Dynamics or equivalent experience (Required) - Microsoft Business Central (Preferred) - Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints (Required) - Excellent sales and negotiation skills - Customer service-oriented approach - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment Join our team as a Sales Representative and take your career to the next level!
