Requirements: * Strong communication skills - Comfortable speaking with homeowners in a face-to-face setting. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented - Able to work independently in the field. * Energetic and personable - Builds rapport quickly and earns trust. * Reliable transportation - Ability to travel locally for daily canvassing. * Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required - we provide full training.
