: We are seeking a driven and energetic Account Executive to join their Small to Medium Business (SMB) Sales Team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to launch or grow your career in B2B outside sales with one of the industry's most recognized companies. Role
Overview
: The Account Executive will play a critical role in expanding the company's SMB customer base. While this role will start by supporting sales across multiple territories, it presents a pathway to owning and developing a dedicated geographic region. This is a field sales position requiring 50% or more time in the field and is ideal for a motivated, commission-focused professional ready to grow in a high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting (30%): Cold calling, networking, and generating referrals to build new business opportunities.
- Solution-Based Selling (20%): Assess customer needs and present tailored telecom solutions including pricing, data services, devices, and accessories.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure (10%): Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities.
- Training & Development (10%): Engage in continuous learning related to sales skills, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Sales Strategy & Proposals (10%): Create innovative sales strategies and customized proposals.
- CRM & Reporting (10%): Utilize sales tools to manage pipeline, track KPIs, and provide accurate forecasts.
- Additional Projects (10%): Complete other duties as assigned to support the team and company goals.
Qualifications
:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience; telecom industry experience preferred
- Proven success in cold calling and prospecting
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
