We are looking for a knowledgeable, dynamic sales person who is skilled at in-home and in-office sales. Experience in the HVAC Industry is required. A highly confident sales person with in-home sales experience and knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation products is the self-starter we're looking for. When not visiting customers, employees may choose to perform administrative tasks remotely or at our office in Pleasanton. Roles and Responsibilities: * Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs * Ability to use Service Titan software / Training available * 100% COMPANY GENERATED LEADS AT NO COST! * Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program * Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction * Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction * Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales * Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers * Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Company car * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Work from home Compensation Package: * Commission pay Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Sales Experience: 1 year (Required) * HVAC Knowledge: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
