As a Outside Sales Representative, you 'll: * Build relationships with homeowners, guiding them through the insurance claims process with care and professionalism. * Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for storm damage and provide accurate estimates. * Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. * Use a combination of door-to-door outreach and referrals to generate leads. * Represent TEC's commitment to excellence in every customer interaction. What we 're looking for: * A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives on building connections and solving problems. * Willingness to learn--no prior experience is required. We'll provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. * Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting roofs (don't worry, we'll show you the ropes.) * A valid driver's license is a must.
