Position Overview: We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Commercial AV Account Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by providing tailored AV solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, technical knowledge of AV systems, and the ability to present solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: * Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target industries to generate revenue and grow our client base. * Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their AV needs. * Solution Selling: Develop customized AV solutions that align with client requirements, working closely with engineers and project managers. * Presentations & Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals to clients. * Quoting & Proposal Development: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals that align with client budgets and project scope. * Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in AV sales, technology sales, or related fields. * Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AV systems, including audio, video, digital signage, video conferencing, and control systems. * Sales Skills: Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical clients. * Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently while collaborating with the internal team to deliver exceptional client experiences. * Industry Certifications: CTS certification is a plus but not required.
