Position Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and meeting or exceeding set sales goals through Sales Representatives' efforts. The Sales Manager will generate a downline and manage the Sales Representatives within the branch territory utilizing Best Choice Roofing's best sales practices to achieve set goals. The Sales Manager will also develop the skill level of the Sales Representatives by providing direction, training, coaching, and support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Working with branch management to build and train Sales Representatives to prospect, educate customers, and provide quotes/contracts following the Best Choice Roofing best practices.
• Keeping customer records updated in our CRM with all relevant contract information.
• Reporting sales numbers in GroupMe according to the Best Choice Roofing requirements.
• Motivating and exciting Sales teams to set and achieve branch sales goals.
• Being the "Hype Man/Woman" inside your branch.
• Gets reps engaged in GroupMe and encourages them to post selfies, videos, and motivational clips.
• Create a culture unique to BCR within their branch by engaging on GroupMe, holding team nights and events and have a competitive team oriented environment.
• Overseeing local and/or regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and/or regionally
• Preparing sales budgets, projections, and approving expenditures
• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
• Advising distributors, subcontractors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
• Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
• Setting sales quotas and goals
• Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
• Defining and executing territory sales plans
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to travel.
• Ability to climb a ladder for roof inspections.
• Excellent communication skills
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to conduct training classes as needed.
• Ability to follow BCR policies and procedures as well as understand current roofing guidelines. Physical Demands and

• Scale roofs for inspections.
• Carry 50+ lbs.
• Sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Stoop, kneel, squat, crawl for short periods of time. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,500.00 - $14,500.00 per month
