Automotive Manager - $70K - $80K Base + Commission Baltimore County, MD Seeking an Automotive Manager with experience managing multiple service locations!! Responsibilities * Responsible for profitability in all departments in the stores * Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts for all departments * Hire, mentor and monitor the performance of all department heads * Maintain superior customer service through company culture * Review critical metrics daily for every department and make necessary adjustments to increase production * Assist in developing an advertising and marketing plan * Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process Qualifications * Must have automotive service experience * Must have experience managing several location at one time * Progressive career experience through Service into automotive management * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Understanding of inventory control * Bachelors degree preferred but not required IND2 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
