Motivational Systems, Inc. (MSI), a full-service supplier of interior and exterior environmental graphics to include displays, signage, graphic design and interior design is currently looking to fill the position of Account Executive for its Bay Area Division located in Livermore, California. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, organized, have strong communication and marketing skills with the ability to evaluate and provide solutions for our client's needs. Responsibilities

of the Account Executive

• Inside and outside sales of MSI's products and services
• Business development for the Sacramento region (define region here if needed)
• Relationship management and Customer service
• Project management
• Order entry and request
• Create proposals and contracts
• Represent MSI in a professional manner
• Evaluate and consult to provide solution for clients' needs
• Market research

Qualifications

the successful candidate must possess:

• 3+ years Project Management Experience
• 3+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
• Business development experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding established sales expectations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive sales approach
• Ability to communicate ideas and thoughts written and verbally
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Demands quality
• Computer literate with emphasis in Microsoft Office Applications
• Building Industry knowledge preferred
