The main focus of this position is to promote our client's brand by developing and hosting events on behalf of our clients. We are looking for a competitive Wireless Retail Sales Associates to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Wireless Sales Associate duties include selling, restocking, and merchandising. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company's growth and revenue through sales maximization Responsibilities: * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards * Ascertain customer's needs and wants * Recommend and display items that match customer needs * Keep up to date with product information * Accurately describe product features and benefits * Follow all company's policies and procedures Requirements: * 1-2 years of retail, sales, marketing or customer service experience is preferred * Ability to think on your feet and to problem solve effectively * Exceptional customer service and communication skills * Ability to apply constructive feedback * Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment * Must love working with people and be comfortable in a face to face environment Qualifications: * Must be 18+ to be considered for employment * Have reliable transportation * Competitive spirit and drive * Team player who is assertive, goal-oriented, positive and self-motivated * Associate | Bachelors degree preferred but not required * High School diploma is mandatory * Desire to work in a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced environment * Strong ability to multi-task, including conversing while navigating our in store marketing system simultaneously * High level of integrity * Excellent written and oral communication skills
