Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 3rd Shift Lead/Supervisor to oversee our janitorial operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in janitorial services, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Pay: $21.00 an hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (English) ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) (Espaol) Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the activities of janitorial staff on the 3rd shift. * Ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. * Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. * Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. * Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. * Troubleshoot and resolve any cleaning or maintenance issues in a timely manner. * Collaborate with other shift supervisors and management to ensure smooth transitions between shifts. * Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, supplies, and equipment. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training preferred. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in janitorial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Proficiency in using janitorial management software and tools. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work the night shift and be flexible with working hours.
