Responsibilities

include providing a proactive approach in assisting brokers to secure new business and retain existing business to include training and testing of Kelly

tools including KTBSonline, while obtaining required information to oversee successful implementation, track deliverables, manage risk, schedule and facilitate calls and meetings with clients, brokers, and internal teams. Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.

• This role is required to be in office for the first 6 months, and then a potential hybrid option of 2 days per week to work from home. Our headquarters is at o 1 Kelly Way, Sparks MD 21152
• Bachelor's degree in business or health services highly preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant health insurance administration
