About the Role

As a General Manager of Sales and Service , you will be responsible for driving memberships and other sales, leading a team, and creating an exceptional customer experience. • Drive membership sales and revenue growth by educating customers on the benefits of routine hygiene for dogs
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales and service team
• Build relationships with dog parents and engage the local community to increase brand awareness
• Ensure a safe and positive experience for customers, team members and dogs
• Manage daily operations to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and service excellence What We 're Looking For

• Membership or other sales experience (gym, studio, salon, etc.)
• Management experience
• Customer service experience
• Effective communication with team members and dog parents
• Leadership, coaching, mentorship - be the leader of our pack!
• Outgoing, proactive and coachable
• Accountability; hold oneself and others to a high quality of services
• Recruiting, hiring and other management duties, and creating a happy and effective team
• Service-oriented with problem solving, time management and scheduling skills and attention to detail
