Pre-qualified leads are provided daily, helping you focus on what you do best: closing sales and building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer HVAC needs * Present customized HVAC solutions and close high-value sales * Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and professionalism * Represent Sunny Service at partnered Home Depot locations across the DFW area * Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining outstanding service Who We 're Looking For: * Strong communication and negotiation skills * HVAC knowledge and experience preferred * 1-3 years of outside sales experience * Willingness to work Mondays through Saturdays (first appointments at 9:00 AM; last appointments at 6:00 PM) * Ability to pass a background check and drug test * Must pass a motor vehicle registration verification At Sunny Service, you'll find more than just a job, you'll find a place where your skills are valued, your career can grow, and your hard work is rewarded.
