• Assigned Store Locations Near You - Minimize your commute Your Role: As an HVAC Comfort Advisor - Outside Sales, you'll meet with homeowners in their homes, evaluate their HVAC needs, and offer tailored solutions using your sales skills and HVAC knowledge. Pre-qualified leads are provided daily, helping you focus on what you do best: closing sales and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer HVAC needs
• Present customized HVAC solutions and close high-value sales
• Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and professionalism
• Represent Sunny Service at partnered Home Depot locations across the DFW area
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining outstanding service Who We 're Looking For:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• HVAC knowledge and experience preferred
• 1-3 years of outside sales experience
• Willingness to work Mondays through Saturdays (first appointments at 9:00 AM; last appointments at 6:00 PM)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
