Norm 's Bargain Barn Sales Representative (Fenton, MO): Our Company: Norm's Bargain Barn is a division of Wilke Window & Door, Inc. Norm's Bargain Barn offers a wide variety of products including windows, doors, millwork and cabinetry to professional remodelers, house flippers and retail customers. We've been in business for over 60 years and currently have two large retail stores located in Shiloh, IL and Fenton, MO. For more information visit [please apply online] Position: Norm's Bargain Barn is currently in need of a full-time Sales Representative at its Fenton, MO, location. No experience necessary. Ideal candidate will have an interest in building materials, construction, and home improvement. Must be friendly, outgoing and dependable. Candidate will be assisting customers in a showroom/warehouse environment selling windows, doors and cabinetry. Hourly + Commission pay rate with excellent earning potential. Work Schedule: Monday (9 am - 7 pm) Tuesday (9 am - 7 pm) Wednesday (9 am - 7 pm) Friday (9 am - 5 pm) Saturday (9 am - 4 pm) (Off on Thursday & Sunday)

Requirements

:

• Background in sales and/or cabinetry, window, door, lumberyard, home center sales, carpentry or construction experience helpful but not necessary - willing to train the right candidate.
• Experience reading blueprints and preparing estimates a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to present both product and service capabilities of the company in response to the unique needs of each customer.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 75 lbs., and be willing to load sold materials for customers.
• Must be available to work 5 days per week (off on Sunday and one weekday).
