Multi-Family Construction Sales Position at Capitol Painting & Construction Position: Multi-Family Construction Sales Location: Houston, Texas About Us: Capitol Painting & Construction (CPC) is a leading provider of construction services with a focus on multi-family projects. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Construction Salesperson to join our team and expand our presence in the Houston market. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers at property management companies. * Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the multi-family construction and remodel sector. * Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Assist in project estimating as needed. Qualifications: * Proven experience in multi-family construction sales, particularly in remodeling. * Established relationships with key decision-makers in the property management industry. * Strong general construction knowledge. * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Estimating experience is a plus.
