About the Role

We're looking for a leader who will:

• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations while aligning with our big-picture goals.
• Actively connect with agents through 1-on-1 meetings, coaching sessions, and motivation strategies.
• Host engaging trainings and events that fuel agent growth and success.
• Stay on the pulse of market trends, taking agents to key locations and experiences around town.
• Leverage technology to enhance productivity and keep us at the forefront of the industry.
• Roll up their sleeves for property management tasks, ensuring we're always prepared for audits or legal challenges.
• Regularly be present in our Maplewood office to connect with agents and foster a positive, supportive environment. What We 're Looking For The ideal candidate:
• Has prior experience as a broker and thrives in leadership roles.
• Is detail-focused, organized, and committed to keeping things running smoothly.
• Knows how to motivate agents to engage, even the more reluctant ones.
• Leads with patience, professionalism, and the ability to handle diverse personalities.
• Embraces innovation and is tech-savvy, leaving outdated methods behind.

Compensation

• Competitive salary with significant earning potential from agent transactions. Location
• Based in Maplewood, with a strong presence in the office to foster collaboration and engagement. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
