Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in our geographic market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vehicle retail sales, fleet vehicels sales, commercial vehicel leasing and will have a passion for business development and customer engagement. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory to achieve sales targets. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new prospects. * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. * Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for growth. Experience * Proven experience in fleet vehicle leasing and or fleet sales is preferred. * Strong understanding of territory management and direct sales methodologies. * Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales goals. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly. * Proficient in conducting product demos and engaging customers effectively. * Familiarity with software solutions related to our industry is a plus.
