Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate products effectively through engaging product demos that highlight features and benefits.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers.
• Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries and follow up on leads as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to help improve product offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively sell products and connect with customers.
• Experience with cash register operations and cash handling is essential.
• Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and engagingly.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a wider range of customers.
• A proactive attitude towards stocking shelves and maintaining an organized workspace is required.
