Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Demonstrate products effectively through engaging product demos that highlight features and benefits. * Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. * Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers. * Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries and follow up on leads as necessary. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. * Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends to help improve product offerings. Requirements * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively sell products and connect with customers. * Experience with cash register operations and cash handling is essential. * Ability to perform product demonstrations confidently and engagingly. * Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a wider range of customers. * A proactive attitude towards stocking shelves and maintaining an organized workspace is required. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed.
