Responsibilities * Demonstrate expertise on consulting buyers and sellers to achievement of real estate goals * Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly * Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology * Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
