Job Overview BZBee Cleaning Solutions is hiring a full-cycle B2B Sales Representative to drive new business and grow our local client base. This is a hands-on, outbound sales role focused on prospecting, conducting walkthroughs, and closing recurring janitorial service contracts with offices, medical buildings, and commercial facilities. You'll manage the entire process, from identifying leads to closing deals, while playing a key role in helping us expand our presence across El Paso. About the Role As a B2B Sales Representative at BZBee Cleaning Solutions, you'll play a key role in growing our client base by managing the entire sales process, from identifying new opportunities to closing deals. You'll spend your time: * Researching and building a pipeline of qualified leads * Reaching out to decision-makers by phone, email, and in person * Conducting onsite walkthroughs to assess cleaning needs * Creating and presenting tailored proposals based on client pain points * Negotiating pricing and closing deals * Tracking and managing all sales activity in the CRM * Hitting your monthly targets for outreach, walkthroughs, and closed sales * Coordinating with the operations team to ensure a smooth client handoff Who We 're Looking For We're looking for a driven sales professional who: * Has at least 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience * Is confident making cold calls, sending prospecting emails, and walking into businesses to start conversations * Can manage their own pipeline and sales activity without constant supervision * Is motivated by performance and earnings, not just a steady base * Communicates clearly, asks good questions, and listens well * Stays organized and follows through on every lead * Wants to grow in a sales career with real advancement opportunities What You 'll Be Doing * Research and identify qualified businesses that match our target profile * Make outbound calls, send emails, and visit local businesses to book walkthroughs * Conduct onsite walkthroughs to assess cleaning needs * Create and present tailored proposals based on client pain points * Negotiate pricing and close deals * Track and manage all sales activity in the CRM * Hit your monthly targets for outreach, walkthroughs, and closed sales * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth client handoff What You 'll Need to Succeed * 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience * Confidence in cold calling, emailing, and walking into businesses * Experience managing a sales pipeline and closing your own deals * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Comfortable using a CRM to track and manage prospects * Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven * Professional, reliable, and able to represent the company well in the field Compensation & Perks * Base Salary: $45,000 annually * Commission + Bonuses: Uncapped earning potential tied to new contracts closed * Expected Total Compensation: $60,000-$70,000+ per year (base + commission + bonus) * Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time * Time Off: Paid training, vacation, and sick leave * Career Path: Clear opportunities to advance as you grow in the role * Team Environment: Supportive leadership, clear expectations, and recognition for top performers How to Apply Submit your application through Indeed.
