Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, territory management, and direct sales strategies. This role requires a strong ability to negotiate and market our products while providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service. * Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals. * Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing accounts. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. * Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring all potential clients are engaged and serviced. * Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development. Experience * Proven experience in direct sales or outside sales roles, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales progress. * Experience in territory management, ensuring efficient coverage of assigned areas. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by strong customer service abilities. * Knowledge of upselling techniques and account management best practices is highly desirable.
