About us Great Blinds & Design offers custom window coverings in Seattle, Auburn, and nearby cities in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. While we started as a residential company, we've expanded into commercial projects over the past three years. With over 50 years of experience, our team helps clients find the perfect blinds, shades, and shutters to suit their style and budget. Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Multiple Locations * Family environment This is a full-time and part-time role for a Sales Representative located in Auburn, WA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, conducting in- home and virtual consultations, providing product recommendations, and closing sales. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities: - Meet with clients to discuss their design needs and preferences - Use App and other design software to create layouts and visualizations - Provide design recommendations and solutions to clients - Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients - Conduct outside sales visits to potential clients - Conduct inside sales activities, such as following up with leads and closing sales - Maintain stock of design materials and samples - Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers - Organize and prioritize design projects Skills: - Proficiency in Measuring and design software - Strong layout design skills - Excellent negotiation skills - Experience in outside sales - Ability to close sales deals - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience in inside sales is a plus - Ability to organize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Performance bonus * Uncapped commission Work Location: In person
