Form Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Associate to support our sales team in driving revenue growth and providing exceptional customer service. This individual will engage with potential and existing customers through phone, email, digital channels, and in person to qualify leads, share product information, and support the sales process from inquiry to close. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a passion for sales, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. This position is also expected to support overall company operations as needed, which may occasionally include tasks outside the core responsibilities listed below. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Qualification: * Conduct outbound calls and send emails to identify, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities. * Respond to inbound inquiries and match customer needs with appropriate solutions. * Research and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system. Sales Support: * Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations in collaboration with the sales team. * Follow up on quotes and pending opportunities to drive timely closure. * Accurately document all sales activities and interactions in the CRM. Customer Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication. * Generate repeat business and cross-sell opportunities through customer engagement. * Provide product support and escalate complex inquiries as needed. Product Knowledge: * Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services. * Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings. * Provide customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. Team Collaboration: * Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to achieve sales goals. * Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns and promotions. * Share knowledge and insights to improve team performance. Reporting & Analysis: * Track sales metrics and provide regular updates on performance. * Analyze customer feedback and sales data to recommend process improvements. Required Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred). * 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. * Military experience strongly valued. * Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals in a customer-driven environment. * Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong organization and time management abilities. * Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused attitude. * Experience in the construction industry a plus. Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods. * Manual dexterity to operate computers, phones, and office equipment. * Visual and auditory capacity to communicate and use digital sales tools. * Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings.
