Front Desk Sales/Guest Services Expert - More Than a Greeting, It's an Experience We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as a Front Desk Sales/Guest Services Expert. This is not your typical front desk role--this is about creating connections, driving sales, and being the heart of our salon's guest experience. Your Role: As a key part of our team, your responsibility goes far beyond simply saying hello. You'll actively engage with clients, build lasting relationships, and ensure that every guest leaves excited to return. This is a hospitality and sales-focused role where your proactive efforts will directly contribute to our salon's growth and client retention. From managing client check-ins to handling calls, emails, and texts, you'll be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences that keep our clients coming back. You'll also play a key role in supporting the salon's day-to-day operations, ensuring the salon environment is always welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. This includes assisting stylists with salon upkeep, such as organizing workstations, managing laundry, and keeping the space presentable for clients.
