We 're Hiring: Sales Representative - Automotive & Marine Appearance Protection Do you love cars, boats, and making things look BADA$$? Got the gift of gab and the hustle to back it up? OCDetailers is looking for a driven, outgoing, and knowledgeable Salesperson to help us grow our client base and keep our schedule packed with ceramic coatings, PPF installs, tint jobs, and high-end detailing services. This isn't your average sales gig. You'll be talking shop with boat owners, gearheads, and vehicle enthusiasts who want the best--and we're here to give it to them. We're looking for someone who can speak their language, build trust, and close the deal. What You 'll Be Selling:

• Ceramic Coating - Automotive & Marine
• Paint Protection Film (PPF) - Automotive & Marine
• Window Tinting - Automotive & Marine
• Bonus: Add-on services, detailing, maintenance packages, and custom upgrades What You 'll Be Doing:
• Respond to leads via phone, email, walk-ins, and DMs (yep, we get 'em all)
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend the right services
• Educate clients on what makes our work elite--this is a premium shop, and we deliver premium results
• Write quotes, follow up, and close the deal
• Coordinate with the scheduling/admin team to book jobs and ensure smooth handoffs
• Maintain a pipeline of hot leads and repeat clients
• Represent OCDetailers at events, local business mixers, and through community networking
• Be a presence in the shop--learn our process so you can sell it authentically

What You Bring

:

• Experience in sales , preferably in automotive, marine, or a service-based industry
• Strong communication skills--you're confident, clear, and know how to listen
• A genuine passion for cars, boats, and all things detail-related
• Motivation and drive--you chase goals, not just paychecks (but don't worry, we like big paychecks too)
• Professional appearance and demeanor--you're the face of the brand
• Tech-savviness with tools like CRM software, Google Workspace, and quoting systems
