Salary Range: $80,000-85,000 annually + commission Available Schedule(s): Monday - Friday 8:30am- 4:30pm. *Weekends on occasion Horizon House is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Living Community Sales Manager. This exciting opportunity will drive BlueSky sales to meet the future occupancy demands of our new high-rise tower. As a Senior Living Sales Manager , your primary focus will be on maintaining high occupancy through effective lead generation, relationship building, sales marketing, and expertly guiding prospective residents through the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess: * Five (5) years of sales experience, with a proven record of successful high-end sales in active senior living, fund development, estate and financial planning, hospitality, or insurance sales. * Proven expertise in relationship-based sales with a diverse population and in-depth experience in active senior living sales. * High level of computer proficiency with utilizing CRM systems to track and report departmental and individual activities. Along with use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), database management software, and web applications. * Proven skills in developing relationships and nurturing prospects using the person-centered philosophy. * Solid experience in managing the entire sales process, from building the prospect base to securing deposits for move-ins and managing the lead base, generating reports, and providing regular updates to management on hot prospects.
