Overview

: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.

Duties

: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targeted sales goals - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients - Collaborate closely with management to develop sales strategies and initiatives - Provide regular updates on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis Experience: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts - Experience in cabinet sales or a related field such as kitchen and bath design, interior design, or home improvement sales is a plus - Familiarity with design software such as CAD, 20-20 Design, or similar tools is preferred - Basic understanding of measurement and layout for accurate design and order placement - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish or Russian is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including opportunities for career growth within our company.
