As we continue expanding, we seek a results-driven Inspection, Testing & Maintenance (ITM) Sales Representative to help grow our service business. Position Overview The ITM Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting, and closing service agreements for fire protection system inspections, testing, and maintenance. This role requires a hunter mentality, leveraging Salesforce to manage leads, track opportunities, and drive sales success. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Lead Generation: * Identify and target new commercial and industrial clients for ITM services. * Utilize Salesforce to track and manage prospects, pipeline activity, and follow-ups. * Network with property managers, facility directors, and building owners to generate opportunities. Sales & Business Development: * Develop and present tailored ITM service proposals. * Educate prospects on compliance requirements and the benefits of regular fire protection system maintenance. * Work closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service execution. Relationship Management: * Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive renewals and referrals. * Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence. Performance & Reporting: * Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. * Regularly update Salesforce with all sales activities and progress. * Provide management with sales forecasts and market intelligence. Qualifications & Skills * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in fire protection, life safety, or building services. * Strong prospecting and business development skills with a hunter mindset. * Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Knowledge of NFPA codes and fire protection systems (preferred but not required). * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
