They are committed to ensuring properties remain safe and well-maintained no matter the weather conditions. * Our client is seeking an Account Executive to manage client relationships. The Account Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving account growth. Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships, understanding their business needs, and providing valuable insights to foster trust. * Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive experience that drives high retention rates. * Prepare, review, and verify invoices to ensure accuracy, adhere to billing schedules, and maintain acceptable contribution margins. * Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborate with sales teams on tailored proposals, and implement strategic account plans for revenue growth. * Oversee client projects to ensure timely, on-budget delivery while coordinating with internal teams and maintaining transparent communication. * Work with cross-functional teams to enhance services, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business strategy development.
