As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses protect their assets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance products. * Conduct outside sales activities, including networking and prospecting new clients. * Engage in retail sales strategies to promote various insurance policies. * Negotiate terms of insurance contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. * Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and policy updates. * Provide benefits administration support to clients, ensuring they understand their options. * Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and generate leads. * Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations affecting insurance policies.
