Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Warren Door Location: Niles, Oh Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

: We are seeking a driven and professional Outside Sales Representative to promote, specify, and sell our full range of door products. This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction or door systems who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will act as a key company representative to project teams, providing product expertise and building long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

:

• Promote and sell door products to professional customers including distributors, architects, designers, and contractors
• Make personal visits to client sites to provide consultation and product recommendations
• Act as a liaison between the company and project stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and clear communication
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate product solutions
• Interpret project specifications and provide product selections accordingly
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product lines and industry developments
• Record and track sales activities and client interactions accurately
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets Skills and Knowledge Required:
• Strong knowledge of the door industry
• General construction knowledge
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Effective problem-solver with a proactive approach
• Good technical skills , including reading plans/specs
• Self-motivated , driven, and able to work independently

Qualifications

:

• Prior outside sales experience (preferably in building materials or construction)
• Familiarity with door products and industry standards
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed What We Offer:
