Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Warren Door Location: Niles, Oh Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and professional Outside Sales Representative to promote, specify, and sell our full range of door products. This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction or door systems who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. You will act as a key company representative to project teams, providing product expertise and building long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities: * Promote and sell door products to professional customers including distributors, architects, designers, and contractors * Make personal visits to client sites to provide consultation and product recommendations * Act as a liaison between the company and project stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and clear communication * Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate product solutions * Interpret project specifications and provide product selections accordingly * Maintain thorough knowledge of product lines and industry developments * Record and track sales activities and client interactions accurately * Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets Skills and Knowledge Required: * Strong knowledge of the door industry * General construction knowledge * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Highly detail-oriented and well-organized * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines * Effective problem-solver with a proactive approach * Good technical skills , including reading plans/specs * Self-motivated , driven, and able to work independently Qualifications: * Prior outside sales experience (preferably in building materials or construction) * Familiarity with door products and industry standards * Valid driver's license with reliable transportation * Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed What We Offer: * Competitive base salary + performance-based commission * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with employer match * Paid holidays and vacation * Opportunities for training and career growth Once you submit your resume, we will review it and give you a call!
