Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong face-to-face relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional customer service skills, enabling them to effectively manage office sales and highlights product features and memberships. Responsibilities * Make initial sales presentation to prospective customers * Solution-based selling to align customer needs with our products * Utilize your technical sales knowledge to present product features and benefits effectively, ensuring customers understand the value proposition. * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. * Follow up with new members as required * Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas/goals * Regular and consistent attendance * Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs Experience * Proven experience in face-to-face sales and/or vacation package sales is preferred. * Demonstrated success in similar environments is advantageous. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. * Proper note taking abilities. * Ability to effectively manage time while at work. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and specified holidays if needed based off of business needs.
