Production Print Specialist (Sales) DOCEO is a locally owned business management and office equipment company with fourteen sales and service locations throughout Central Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. We are currently seeking experienced candidates that have a passion for learning new technologies, providing great customer service, and working with a team to solve technical challenges. Major Goals and Responsibilities: * Achieving 100% of quota through generating leads, implementing creative sales strategies, performing extensive customer needs analyses, meeting with decision makers, understanding corporate goals and the industry of each account and identifying pain points and challenges within the account's document workflow. Products and Services involved in this Job: * High-end production B/W and Color multifunctional printers/copiers Essential Activities: * Cold calling and lead generation * Prepare workflow solutions * Constant contact with assigned accounts and territory sales representatives * Present and discuss variable print data, workflow solutions, software and network applications * Demonstrate equipment * Daily use of the CRM database to update customer information, sales activities and steps in the solution selling process * Passionate about being a trusted partner and advisor to our Customers Prerequisites (Education and Experience): * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas is required * 10 years minimum sales experience in related fields (High volume, color copiers, printers, production print, commercial printing equipment and solution products) * Canon or Xerox background is preferred * Strong knowledge of competitive High Volume and/or Color Products, networks/production environments and software applications * Extensive experience of preparing and presenting proposals to C-Suite executives which include the sale of a complete business solution consisting of hardware, software, training and consulting services Salary Range: Base salary of 110k to 130k + Commissions Job Type: Full-time Monday through Friday Work Environment: Hybrid Benefits: * 401(k) with company match * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision Insurance * Generous Paid time off (PTO) * 9 Paid Holidays * Referral program * Company paid life insurance * Company paid long term disability insurance Work Location: South Central PA, Maryland, DC and Northern VA Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sparks Glencoe, MD 21152
