Compensation: $22 -$32 per hour Responsibilities: * Calling provided leads and reaching out to potential customers to discuss their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. * Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. * Engage with current policyholders to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and explore opportunities for upselling additional coverages. * Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring quality customer interactions and compliance. * Handle incoming sales inquiries and walk-in customers with professionalism and efficiency, converting inquiries into sales opportunities. Qualifications: * Ability to make outbound calls and track their progress. * Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (or willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license before starting the position). * Strong sales ability and great customer service skills. * Motivated self-starter who has great time management and organizational skills. * Strive to achieve and maintain production and sales goals, as established by management. * Self-motivated with a results-driven, determined attitude. * Develop ongoing networking relationships.
