We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at Top Notch Insulating as an Insulation Salesman. As a leading insulation company specializing in residential projects, we are dedicated to providing top-quality solutions to enhance energy efficiency and comfort for homeowners in Hudsonville and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

: - Engage with potential customers to understand their insulation needs and provide tailored solutions. - Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate estimates for insulation installation projects. - Collaborate closely with our installation team to ensure seamless project execution. - Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners to generate leads and new business opportunities. - Stay up-to- date with industry trends, product knowledge, and building codes to effectively communicate the benefits of our insulation solutions.

Requirements

: - Knowledge of construction practices and materials, particularly related to residential insulation. - Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong motivation and a willingness to learn. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to meet and exceed sales targets. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
