Job Description

Multi Award and Presidents Council District Office is looking for a candidate that is interested in running and operating their own Insurance Agency. In this role, the candidate will be mentored and trained under the District Office with the ability to build their book of business. The District will fund the individual with a Base Pay and Lead compensation plan while the individual keeps 100% of their commissions earned. While going through their Agent Training, the associate Sales manager will assist the District office in daily tasks such as recruitment, systems training, working with other Agents in the District. Salary: $55000.00 - $80000.00 per year

• Train and learn Farmers Insurance Products and Systems
• Learn and develop Marketing Strategies
• Recruit new Agents and Team Members
• Assist in daily District Operations
• Selling Insurance policies

Requirements

Insurance industry knowledge and experience Sales and customer relationship management skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Business management and leadership abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Licensure in insurance sales (or willingness to obtain)
