Responsibilities * Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations for coverage. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients and underwriters. * Assist clients with benefits administration and claims processes as needed. * Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. * Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote services. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
