Job Description: As an outside sales representative at Synergy Companies, you will be a key player in our mission to drive growth and expansion. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities fostering lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Customer relationship building:Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering outstanding support. * In-home sales: Work closely with clients in-home to create customized energy-efficient solutions that align with their goals and objectives. * Acquiring new business: Engage in lead generation by finding relevant prospects and engaging potential buyers, supplemented by our dedicated marketing team. * Cross-selling and upselling: Recognize opportunities to offer additional services or products to our existing client base, increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. * Market research: Stay informed about the energy industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the marketplace. Compensation and Benefits: The first year's earnings potential ranges from $45,000 - $105,000 (OTE), Varying based on performance with uncapped commissions. With a wide range of products and services, cross selling to previous customers can naturally increase your annualized income.
