Job Description
: Helios Construction is searching for highly motivated and results-oriented Solar Sales Representatives to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced sales professionals to leverage their skills in a rapidly growing industry. We provide top performers with a consistent flow of pre-qualified appointments, ensuring you focus on closing deals and maximizing your earning potential.
Responsibilities
:
- Manage a consistent pipeline of pre-scheduled appointments provided to top performers.
- Effectively present solar solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition and addressing any concerns.
- Accurately assess client needs and tailor presentations accordingly.
- Navigate the sales process effectively, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
:
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in a high-value, consultative selling environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of the solar industry (preferred, but not required - we value potential and trainable candidates).
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
