Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. What Will I Do Every Day? * Greet customers, respond to questions, and provide extraordinary customer service * Operate cash registers * Achieve established goals * Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers * Cross-sell products to increase purchase amounts * Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status * Read and understand parts catalogs when looking up and speaking to specific parts * Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers * Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring that displays are attractive and products are well-stocked. What Are the Requirements? * Ability to show up on time and work posted schedule * Strong interpersonal and time management skills * Prior auto/motorcycle parts sales experience (preferred) * Ability to provide exceptional customer service * Ability to achieve targeted goals * Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents Join our team as a Parts Sales Associate where your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and business success!
